We process your data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with Andorra's Llei 29/2021, del 28 d’octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals and any other applicable rules.
What data we process
We only process the data we need to book your appointment and look after you at the salon:
- Booking an appointment: name, email address, phone number, chosen treatment, date and time.
- Client account: name, email, phone, login details and your appointment history (so we can apply infill pricing and cancel or move appointments).
- Server logs: IP address, date and time of the visit, page requested and browser type, which the server records automatically for security and to fix errors.
We never ask for health data through the website. If you tell us about an allergy or sensitivity at the salon before a treatment, we use it only to treat you safely.

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as we need it to manage your appointments and account, and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting and tax obligations require. If you close your account, we stop using your data for any other purpose and keep only what the law requires. Server logs are deleted periodically.
Who else can see your data
Your data is not passed on to third parties unless the law requires it. The technical providers that host the website and send the automatic booking emails do have access, only as far as needed, and all of them are bound by confidentiality.
Some of these providers may be based outside Andorra. In that case we only work with countries or organisations that offer an adequate level of protection or with the safeguards set out in Llei 29/2021.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given.
- Drop in at the salon, Av. Meritxell, 9, Andorra la Vella, Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00, or write to us through the website.
- Contact the owner, GRUP FERRER, SLU, stating which right you wish to exercise.
- We will ask you to confirm your identity to protect your data from third parties.
You can correct much of your data yourself from your client account. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades.
Security and changes to this policy
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection across the whole website, password-protected account access and internal access limited to the people who manage appointments.
We may update this privacy policy when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, alongside the legal notice.
